Return and Refund Policy

At Furahia Gadgets Stores, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for refund or store credit within 3 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging, with all manuals, accessories, and software intact

  • The product is not a special order, hardware component, peripheral, or clearance item

  • A valid original invoice is presented with the return

Defective Products

If your item is defective due to a manufacturing fault, it must be reported within 24 hours of the purchase date. After 24 hours, manufacturer warranty terms will apply.

Sealed Items

Products sold in sealed packaging are not returnable once opened, unless found defective and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Customers Outside Nairobi

Customers outside Nairobi must contact our support team within the return period to receive instructions on how to return their items safely and efficiently.

Credit Notes

  • A full credit note may be issued for eligible returns made within 48 hours of purchase

  • Partial credit notes may be considered for eligible returns between 48 hours and 5 days, subject to product condition and packaging

  • Returns made after 5 days will not be accepted unless under a valid warranty process

Packaging & Handling

  • Returned items must be:

    • Properly packaged, using the original shipping boxes and protective packaging

    • Returned without any damage, writing, or missing components

    Returns that are not properly packaged will attract a minimum 15% handling fee or may be rejected.

Important Notes

  • No returns are accepted after 3 days from the date of purchase (except under warranty)
    • Products must be in a resalable condition for any refund or credit to be approved

    • Original invoices are required for all returns – no exceptions
