Terms and Conditions Furahia Gadgets Stores
Delivery Options
At Furahia Gadgets Stores, we prioritize fast and reliable delivery for every order. However, please note that delivery timelines provided are estimates only. We will do our best to meet them, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If a customer refuses or fails to accept delivery, they may be held responsible for any resulting losses or damages. In such cases, Furahia Gadgets Stores reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase value.
Once delivered, the goods become the customer’s responsibility. Customers must inspect their order immediately upon receipt and notify us in writing within 3 days of any visible defects. If no notification is received, the order will be deemed to have been delivered in good condition and accepted.
Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full, without any deductions or counterclaims, on or before the payment due date.
Prices are listed in Kenya Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.
All applicable taxes, duties, and delivery charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are included in the final invoice.
We reserve the right to change product pricing or discontinue services without prior notice.
We are not liable for any changes in pricing, temporary unavailability, or modifications to services offered.
Return Policy
We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if a return is necessary, please observe the following guidelines:
Returns must be made within 3 days of purchase, and items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Defective products due to manufacturing faults must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns must include original receipts/invoices and all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
Goods returned after 48 hours but within 5 days may qualify for a credit note, provided they are in a resalable condition.
Items not properly packaged for return may be subject to a 15% handling fee.
No returns are accepted for sealed goods once opened unless under manufacturer warranty.
Products marked as special orders, clearance items, or hardware components may not be eligible for return.
Outside Nairobi? Contact us within the return period, and we’ll guide you on how to send the product back.
Warranty Policy
Unless stated otherwise, all products sold by Furahia Gadgets Stores are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, typically 12 months from the purchase date.
Furahia Gadgets Stores does not offer additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
We do not guarantee compatibility or suitability for your specific systems—please confirm before purchasing.
Tampering with a product, missing serial numbers, or writing on devices will void the warranty.
For faster processing, products with manufacturer warranty should be taken to the respective service centers, typically located in Nairobi CBD.
Customer Agreement
By placing an order on our website or any of our channels, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions of sale. All goods sold by Furahia Gadgets Stores are supplied strictly under these terms.
No agent, staff member, or representative is authorized to amend these terms unless confirmed in writing by our management.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
In accordance with Kenyan tax regulations, VAT is charged at 16%.
All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated.
